Some of you have asked how to know when I post. So here it is!

If you are on a desktop or laptop:

On the right side of the screen there is an area to enter your email and click the follow button. You will get an email to confirm and then every time I make a post you will get an email notification!

If you are on a tablet or phone:

Scroll towards the bottom of my page there you will find an area to enter your email and click the follow button. You will get an email to confirm and then every time I make a post you will get an email notification!
